# Shipping cost/Postage Charge :
If stated “Inclusive Postage” means no more postage charges to be included. However, if not stated… sorry all pretty ladies, Batoo Collection need to add some $$$.

Below are the costs that need to be add… (IF only)
within Peninsular Malaysia :1- 4 items : RM6
To Sabah/Sarawak :1-4 items : RM 10, 5-9 items : RM 12

# Nak Reserved? Boleh je… tapi reservation can be made within 3 days.. lepas 3 hari if Uols diam jerk… Batoo Collection akan cancelkan Uols punya Reservation unless with reasonable excuse.

# Batoo Collection offer 5% off discount from total Amount, for our Return Customer.(^_~)

# Buy at your Own Risk. Batoo Collection will not responsible for any missing parcels or lost. Sebab kalau berlaku hal-hal macam tu… tu salah Pos la… Haiiippp… =P However, if there any damages with the item, please do inform Batoo Collection within 4 days after you received it. Batoo Collection will SMS Uols selepas dah hantar melalui Pos Malaysia. =)

# Refund or Exchange? Kalau refund rase macam tak boleh but depends on situation. But for exchange… boleh aje… tapi all the cost to exchange must be burden by Uols la… OK? =) UNLESS kalau Batoo Collection yang tersalah bagi items. (^_~)

# For Payment, we receive payment via online/cash deposit/atm deposit (transfer),from Maybank or CIMB.

# After you've done the payment,inform us together with: 

i) Transaction /Reference number;

ii) Date

iii) Amount

iv) Bank

#Inform us if you paid exceed than amount you have to pay, as we will return together with your order.
